Due to the nature of our product containing food organic ingredients, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product’s seal must remain unbroken and intact. All returns and refund requests must be pre-approved by our company prior to shipping the item back. Refunds are granted within 30 days from the day of delivery.
